The Chroma 62075H-30N Ultra-High Stability DC Power Supply is designed for magnet power supply systems in synchrotron applications. This power supply features exceptional current stability, with rates of 1.25mA/0.5 hour and 2.5mA/8 hour, along with extremely low current ripple of 2.5mA. The 7.5kW/30V/250A power module, designed with a 4U height, allows easy connection as a master or slave, supporting parallel configurations up to 22.5kW/30V/750A or series configurations up to 15kW/60V/250A.
The Chroma 62075H-30N operates as a standalone unit is facilitated via a system bus. It ensures stable DC output currents with ultra-high stability of ±10 ppm and precise measurement capabilities. With comprehensive protections, including self-diagnosis and safeguards against various faults, this power supply provides reliable performance for demanding magnet power supply systems in synchrotron applications. It offers high power density, making it suitable for storage ring quadrupole and sextupole magnets, and supports easy series/parallel operation with a smart Master/Slave control mode. Additionally, the digitizing function enables recording of transient current waveforms for analysis and error detection.
