Keysight’s E5055A SSA-X Signal Source Analyzer is a next generation bench-top signal source solution for wireless communications, high-speed digital, and aerospace and defense applications. The E5055A offers superior performance with a RF frequency range of 1 MHz to 8 GHz, phase noise offset frequency of 0.01Hz to >1 GHz, and state-of-the-art system noise sensitivity -175 dBc/Hz (typical). Optimize measurement throughput and accuracy with flexible measurement settings.
Flexible measurement settings and a modern user interface improve measurement efficiency, while application support through software expands measurement coverage to meet new requirements. Gain accuracy and precision in phase noise measurements with an ultra-low noise floor and cross-correlation method. The Keysight E5055A provides an even lower noise floor than the E5052B SSA. Evaluate voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) with more flexibility by utilizing clean DC voltage (2 channels) and tuning voltage outputs. Solve your unique measurement requirements effectively and efficiently by using application software.
