Tektronix AFG2020 Arbitrary Waveform Generator

The Tektronix AFG2020 is an excellent function generator with additional arbitrary waveform capabilities built in. The unit uses Direct Digital Synthesis to create extremely pure standard sine, square, ramp and trianagle signals at higher frequencies. The AFG2020 has PSK, FSK, AM, FM, and Offset modulation and sweep built in. 2 instruments in one package at a value price for users who demand more from their test equipment budget.
