Tektronix AA5001 Distortion Analyzer

The Tektronix AA5001 Programmable Distortion Analyzer provides fully automated measurement of level, total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD + N), and intermodulation distortion.The AA5001 provides dB-ratio measurement referencing either to 774.6 mV (1 mW in 600-ohms) or to a selected applied signal. The fundamental frequency range is 10Hz to 100kHz, with harmonic measurements to 300kHz. The Tektronix AA5001 is GPIB compatible and is fully programmable. The unit is designed for use in TM5000 Series Power Mainframe. When paired with an SG5010 it provides you with a full featured audio test system and will perform tests such as harmonic distortion to IHF A202, intermodulation distortion to SMPTE TH 22.51, DIN 45403, IEC 268.3 and IHF A202 ("A" weighting filter complies with ANSI specification S1.4 and IEC specification 179 for sound level meters).
