KEYSIGHT N5247A

The Keysight N5247A Network Analyzer (PNA-X Series) is the highest-performing microwave network analyzer in the industry for passive and active device test with a frequency range of 10 MHz to 67 GHz and offers many advanced measurement applications.

The Keysight N5247A Network Analyzer is used to test a wide variety of passive and active devices such as filters, duplexers, amplifiers and frequency converters as well as millimeter-wave, S-Parameters (CW and pulsed), signal integrity, Noise Figure, Gain Compression, Intermodulation and harmonic distortion, Conversion Gain/Loss, Nonlinear waveform and X-Parameter characterization and materials measurements.

The N5247A provides high-power sources and the best linear receivers available (at time of product introduction), giving it the most accurate S-parameter measurements with the widest power range in the market.
