The Keysight B2987A Electrometer / High Resistance Meter is designed with unprecedented capabilities and features guaranteeing outstanding measurement performance. It offers mimimum current resolution for meeting all low-level current measurement needs and its voltage sourcing feature supports resistance measurements. Its unique color LCD provides multiple options for viewing data. State-of-the-art front-panel capabilities allow you to capture transient behavior and perform quick statistical analyses without the need of a PC. The Agilent B2987A Meter features battery operation providing line noise free measurements.
