Agilent / HP 8133A Pulse Timing Generator, 3 GHz

Accurate edge-placement of the digital test signal is made much easier with the high resolution, low jitter and very fast linear transitions. In addition, this unit provides pulses with programmable period from 333 ps to 30 ns, full 3 GHz pulse capability on all channels. Optional channels of delay and pulse are available (call for details).
