The HP / Agilent 8981B Vector Modulation Analyzer is a two channel X-Y sampling oscilloscope designed to analyze the in-phase(I) and quadrature phase(Q) components of digital microwave radio signals such as QPSK, 16QAM, and 256QAM. The HP / Agilent 8981B has a 50 MHz to 200 MHz demodulator.
