Agilent / HP 11848A Phase Noise Interface

The Agilent / HP 11848A Phase Noise Interface is a standard component in the Agilent / HP 3048A Phase Noise Test System. The Agilent /HP 11848A Interface contains the phase detectors and phase-lock loop circuitry, that are used in conjunction with an Agilent / HP 3561A Dynamic Signal Analyzer, measurement software, and a variety of signal generators can be added to the system to provide a low-noise reference signal up to a frequency of 2.56 GHz. By adding an Agilent / HP 11729C Carrier Noise Test Set and either an 8662A or 8663A, a low noise reference signal of  up to 18 GHz can be added.
